LESLIE Tribute film festival is now being held all over Japan.
2003年4月1日以降の国内関連イベントを紹介します。

４月半ば、東京、大阪、広島、福岡など、日本各地で有志による追悼集会が行われました。東京では270名、大阪225名というたくさんのファンが集まり、レスリーの冥福を祈りました。
In the middle of April, there were some tribute meetings held in every corner of this country like Tokyo,Osaka,Hiroshima and Fukuoka.270 fans gathered in Tokyo and 225 fans in Osaka. They prayed for peace of Leslie's soul.

4月19日、東京・新宿武蔵野館を皮切りに、日本全国の劇場でレスリー追悼上映が始まりました。その数は、15以上の地域、25以上の劇場で現在も続いています。上映された作品数は20作品を超え、日本で版権の残っている作品はすべて上映されました。日本の人気俳優であっても、これだけの数の追悼上映が行われることはなかなかない事だと思います。

On 19th April, LESLIE Tribute movie shows started at Shinjuku Musashinokan in Tokyo. It has been spreading all over the country, now over 15 regions and 25 theatres. All of his copyrighted movies, which are over 20, have been shown.
The tribute movie show has not been carried out at so many theatres even for famous Japanese actor.

　上映期間、作品のポスターや貴重な資料を張り出してくださる劇場や、地域のファンたちが劇場の協力のもと、毎日のように花を飾ったりと、それぞれの劇場で彼を偲ぶスペースが設けられました。
The memorial corners were set every theatres.Theatre staffs put his movie-stills and memorabilia.And fans placed flowers,photos and notebooks everyday with the cooperation of the theatres.
